The child life team dressed up as lady bugs!! These are some of the child life specialists that are on my team! Halloween at the hospital is exhausting! We bring all of the kids trick or treating to each unit of the hospital and the local firefighters dress up in costume and pull all the kids in wagons or push their wheel chairs! We also have a halloween party with face painting, scavenger hunts, donut on a string contest, cookie decorating, and pumpkin painting!
It is freezing cold here and we already have a bunch of snow!! Not ready for winter yet...
This past weekend I met my mom in Boston! It was so nice to see someone in my family! We spent the weekend shopping, eating delicious food, and even squeezed in a little sightseeing! I have the Boston metro and transportation routes down perfectly! The only time we got lost was walking to Macy's using my phone GPS - for some reason I couldn't follow the moving blue dot on my phone! oops! :)
